Mr. Callaghan Motlaleng holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree (Accounting & Business Management) from the Nelson Mandela University (RSA) and a Master of Business Administration from Northwest University (RSA).
Callaghan has over 17 years of experience in the FMCG industry, the bulk of which he spent under the employ of SAB Miller Africa where he kickstarted his career in 2007 as the company Market Analyst. He rose through the ranks in Supply Chain Management, first as a Planner - Demand Planning and Logistics then Manager - Sales and Distribution Support. He was later promoted to the senior role of Manager - Sales and Operational Planning. In 2018, he moved to the Oil and Gas industry, joining Vivo Energy Botswana as the Supply Manager overseeing sourcing and logistics of fuels and lubricants. He later joined Engen Marketing Botswana for a short stint in the role of Distribution Manager.
Mr. Callaghan Motlaleng is the current Senior Manager, Hydrocarbon Sourcing at Botswana Oil Limited effective August 2023.
