Mothusi Moalosi has a Bachelor of Economics and Demography degree from the University of Botswana. He also holds a Diploma in supply chain management from CIPS UK, a Certificate in International Public procurement from the International Law Institute (USA), a management development programme from the University of Stellenbosch Business School South Africa. He has also undergone several training on Corporate governance in Public Procurement.
Mothusi started his career as a Procurement Officer at PPC Cement. He then worked for Mascom Wireless for four (4) years before joining Botswana Post as a Procurement Manager for a year. He later became a procurement specialist at Discovery Metals Group of companies. Mothusi left his position as Procurement and Contracts Manager at Botswana Fibre Networks to join Botswana Oil Limited. Mothusi has vast experience in Procurement of major Projects in Mining, Postal and Telecommunication industries.
Mr. Mothusi Moalosi is the current Senior Manager – Procurement Oversight Unit at Botswana Oil Limited effective June 2023.
