Ms. Boitumelo Mphare Aqual holds a Degree in Economic and Management Sciences with Cape Peninsula University (Cape Town). She is a full member of Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (MCIPS) and has undergone a Management Development Programme (MDP) with University of Stellenbosch Business School in Cape Town.
Mighty, as she prefers being called, started her profession as a Global Sourcing Officer with Standard Chartered in 2011, a position she held for 3 years and later promoted to a position of Global Sourcing Manager. While with Stanchart she got seconded to Standard Chartered Bank Zambia as a Global Sourcing Manager. She later joined Orange Botswana in 2016, as a Procurement and Supply Chain Manager, a portfolio which entailed management of technical and commercial warehouses as well as overseeing procurement activities in the company. In 2019 she joined the National Development Bank where she held a position of Facilities, Procurement and Administration Manager.
Ms. Aqual is currently BOL Senior Manager – Procurement having joined Botswana Oil in July 2021.
