Mr Nareetsile holds an Master of Science Degree( M.Sc.) in Engineering Project Management and a Bachelor of Engineering ( B.Eng) with Honours in Chemical Engineering both from the University of Leeds. He has also completed executive management programmes with the University of Stellenbosch and the University of Cape Town and is a registered Professional Engineer with the Engineering Registration Board of Botswana.
Mr. Nareetsile is an accomplished professional with over 20 years of experience in the metallurgical, mining, and oil industries. He has held senior leadership roles in organizations such as Debswana (Orapa and Jwaneng Mines), Puma Energy, BP Botswana, and currently serves as Head of Beneficiation at Morupule Coal Mine. His expertise spans mineral processing, operational leadership, strategic business development, and financial management, underpinned by a strong technical proficiency, commitment to safety and sustainability. These capabilities position him to provide strategic oversight and leadership in the infrastructure development and ensuring security of supply, aligning well with BOLโs growth objectives.
