Tshepo Ramaselwana holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resource Management and Industrial Psychology from Northwest University. He also completed a Postgraduate Certificate in Management from Henley Business School as well as a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from Northwest University.
He is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience spanning over 20 years in leading strategic people initiatives, driving organisational performance, and building high-performing cultures. Mr. Ramaselwana has served in key leadership roles across the petroleum, insurance, and mining industries.
His career started in 2005 as a Training Advisor at Baisago University College, then became an HR Assistant. He joined the Debswana Orapa mine as an HR Officer.
Thereafter he joined Engen Botswana as HR Manager, after which he joined Botswana Oil Limited as HR Manager, a position he held for two years before joining Hollard Insurance as Group Chief of People.
In his current role, Tshepo Ramaselwana serves as Chief Human Capital Officer at Botswana Oil Limited, a position he assumed in September 2025.
