Ms. Mosima Maoeng holds a Diploma in Human Resources Management from Associate Business Executive (UK) and a Diploma in Labour Law from Midlands State University (Zimbabwe). She is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Law and Public Administration, expected to complete in 2026. She has also completed advanced courses in Contract Law, Project Management, Occupational Health & Safety, and leadership development.
She is an experienced human resource and industrial relations professional with over 20 years of experience, having served in senior and executive roles across diverse industries such as FMCG construction, manufacturing and international recruitment agencies. She is currently the General Manager โ Operations at Makoro Group, where she oversees business operations, regulatory engagement, and strategic leadership. Ms. Mosima Maoeng brings in-depth knowledge in human resource management, labour and industrial relations, with a strong focus on workforce effectiveness, regulatory compliance, and effective stakeholder relations across complex organisational environments necessary to support sustainable organizational performance within BOL.
Ms. Maoeng has served in various board capacities, including four years as Chairperson of the Adjudication Board under the Palapye Administrative Authority and an executive role with the Palapye Business Council. She currently serves as a Member of the Bench at the Industrial Court of Botswana, adjudicating over trade disputes.
