Ms. Reaitsanye holds a Masterโs Degree in Human Resource Planning and Development from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (India) and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences (Economics and Accounting) from the University of Botswana. She has completed an Executive Leadership Programme with the Botswana Public Service College in collaboration with the Singapore Civil Service College, as well as other leadership and governance programmes undertaken internationally.
She is an accomplished corporate governance professional with over 25 years of experience in senior and executive roles across various government ministries and departments. She previously served as Deputy Permanent Secretary โ Corporate Services in the Office of the President and currently holds the same position in the Ministry of International Relations. In this role, she provides strategic leadership in governance, human resources, finance, procurement, and risk management.
Ms. Reaitsanye brings extensive expertise in corporate governance, strategic planning, and organisational performance, complemented by experience in labour relations and cultural change management which positions her to support BOLโs objective to build a strong governance culture, operational efficiency, high performing workforce and accountability.
